Garden Ministry

Our church garden began in 2012 by one of our parishioners as an Eagle Scout project. Since that time, it has continued to expand in size and mission. Today, thanks to our dedicated garden volunteers, we grow a variety of vegetables and herbs, which we offer to our neighbors through a local food pantry.
On our altar on Sunday morning, we regular enjoy home grown flowers from Joan’s Garden, a flower garden begun in memory of a beloved parishioner. Strolling along the garden looking out for butterflies and bees is a favorite pastime for children young and old at Our Saviour.
