Rev. Emily Judin Krudys, Rector

Emily is delighted to be serving as the Rector at Church of Our Saviour. She received her Post-graduate Degree in Anglican Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary, her Masters of Divinity from Union Presbyterian Seminary, and her J.D. and B.A from Baylor University.
Prior to entering into ordained ministry, Emily practiced law in Washington, D.C. and in Richmond with her husband, Mark. They have two daughters, Hannah, who lives in California, and Katherine who currently resides in Charlottesville. When outside of church, Emily loves traveling with family and friends and spending quiet days at her home in Richmond.
The Episcopal church has always been a place she has called home. Here at Our Saviour, Emily encourages it to be a place where all are welcome and, with God’s help, all will come to know that true sense of belonging to a nurturing and caring community of faith. Her hope is that comforted and confident in God’s love for us, we will be strengthened and free to go into the world to love and serve one another.
